Can you kiss in Marine uniform?
PDA. Because members are required to maintain professionalism in uniform, personal displays of affection are typically frowned upon except in certain situations. For instance, moderate kissing and hugging is acceptable when there's a homecoming or deployment.
Do not expect or offer public displays of affection whenever a service member is in uniform. However, brief kisses and hugs are acceptable during deployments and homecomings. Eating, drinking, using a cellphone and smoking while walking is generally banned in uniform.
(d) A person who is discharged honorably or under honorable conditions from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Space Force may wear his uniform while going from the place of discharge to his home, within three months after his discharge.
(1) While walking in uniform, officers must not eat, drink, or chew gum. (2) Officers must not place hands in their pockets of any uniform component except when obtaining or storing an item. (3) Officers must not store items in pockets if they produce a bulky appearance.
In basic training, you take group showers. There's no way out of communal showers. They're required. Everyone in your barracks will enter the shower room assigned to your barracks when commanded.

Attire. The most well-known tradition is that service members can get married in their dress uniform. You can incorporate military uniform both in your engagement photos and/or wedding day photos. Typically brides opt for a traditional wedding gown, but they could wear their uniform!
Service members are also forbidden from eating, drinking, smoking, or wearing headphones or ear buds while walking while in uniform. As you might imagine, it would be pretty hard to render a salute and offer a respectful greeting while stuffing your face. There are also safety considerations behind these regulations.
The regulation states there should be no eating, drinking, smoking or talking on a cell phone while walking in uniform. Most Soldiers only seem to know the part about smoking. This can lead to embarrassing situations. I encountered a prime example of this during my last trip to the sandbox.

You cannot wear a uniform in an establishment where your activities are centered around drinking. Being intoxicated in uniform is definitely against Army regs.
AR 670-1. paragraph 3-6(d) Soldiers will not walk while engaged in activities that would interfere with the hand salute and greeting of the day or detract from a professional image. No Hands in Pockets Rule – In the Army:
According to the Army Regulation 670 of Wear & Appearance of Army Uniforms & Insignia, personnel in the Army cannot put their hands in their pockets. The only exception is when they are placing or putting something in their pockets and during inclement weather.
